Oh wait- it's just Meg Ryan after a ridiculous amount of plastic surgery. Her mouth reminds me of Jack Nicholson's in Batman after he feel in the acid...so scary...I mean I was never a big Meg Ryan fan as most of you know but she used to look a hell of a lot better than this!
